Bob's Villas are located in South Hills, ideally situated to minimize driving time. Just 1.5 miles south of I-64 and 3 miles north of the shops at South Ridge on Corridor G, Bob's Villas are also less than a tenth of a mile from Ashton Place.

Bob's Villas are unique in that they're located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. High traffic and crime are never a problem, and every night sees numerous families walking dogs, pushing strollers, and chatting with neighbors.

Bob knows how frustrating it can be trying to rent a place for less than a year--sometimes you only plan to be in town for three or six months. Bob is willing to consider unusual lease terms.

 
Landlord on Premises

There's nothing worse than an absentee landlord. Bob takes pride in his townhouses and is constantly making improvements. He lives on the premises, which makes him very accessible in case of emergency.
